Why Volunteer in Women & Youth Empowerment?
In many communities across Ethiopia, women and young people face challenges such as limited access to education, employment opportunities, and essential resources. Your Role as a Volunteer
As a Women & Youth Empowerment Volunteer, your responsibilities may include:
✔️ Teaching essential skills such as literacy, financial literacy, and business development
✔️ Conducting leadership and confidence-building workshops
✔️ Providing career guidance, mentorship, and vocational training
✔️ Organizing educational and recreational activities for children and youth
✔️ Assisting in advocacy and awareness campaigns promoting gender equality
✔️ Supporting entrepreneurship initiatives for women and young people
Note: Medical tasks will be assigned based on your qualifications, skills, and experience. Non-medical volunteers can assist with administrative duties, patient care, and health education initiatives.
