Make a lasting impact by sharing your knowledge and skills with students in Ethiopia. The Teaching & Education Volunteer Program at Volunteer Deldey is designed for individuals who are passionate about education and want to help improve learning opportunities for children and young adults.
Why Teach in Ethiopia?
Education is a powerful tool for change, yet many schools in Ethiopia lack sufficient resources and trained educators. As a volunteer, you will help bridge this gap by supporting teachers, mentoring students, and introducing creative learning methods to inspire young minds.
Your Role as a Volunteer
As a Teaching & Education Volunteer, your responsibilities may include:
✔️ Assisting teachers in classrooms with lessons and activities
✔️ Teaching English, Math, Science, or other subjects based on your expertise
✔️ Organizing interactive learning sessions and extracurricular activities
✔️ Helping students improve language and communication skills
✔️ Supporting schools with curriculum development and educational materials
Who Can Volunteer?
This program is open to teachers, students, professionals, and anyone passionate about education. No prior teaching experience is required, as training and guidance will be provided. A willingness to engage with students and create a positive learning environment is all you need!
